vielen Da für Deine Rückmeldung ich denke ich werde meine Aktivität in Bezug auf die Communties überdenken. Ob KI nützlich ist oder nicht ist in der Tat eine Einstellung die nicht jeder teilen kann oder möchte. Meine Monatlichen Software Kosten sind dadurch auch variabel. Meine Zeit die ich für die Community aufwende und zum Wachstum zu befeuern ist die der Delegatoren die das Netzwerk sichern.
Mein Focus bestand und besteht eher einer Community mit Qualitativen Mitgliedern und nicht eine Aufgeblasene Gruppe mit Mitgliedern die als Füllmaterial die Anzahl der Mitglieder künstlich aufblähen.
Seit dem erreichen der Gruppe von über 300 Mitgliedern habe ich mir zur Aufgabe gemacht diese stückweise zu reduzieren mit Personen die Bots sind oder gelöschte Konten sowie mit Personen die aus irgendwelchen Gründen nicht mehr investiert oder aktiv sind anzusprechen, und somit mit Neuzugängen auszuwechseln um eine hohe Qualität an Mitgliedern zu haben.
Klar ist mir auch das eine Aktivität in meiner Gemeinschaft auch eine Arbeitsbereitschaft und Motivation erfordert die in irgendeiner Form honoriert werden sollte und daher der Hinweis monatlicher Unterstützung. Mein Gesamt Aufwand und Unterstützung für die anderen Communities kann ich natürlich stark zurückfahren und somit meine Freizeit anderen Dingen widmen.
Ich schreibe diesen Text auf deutsch da es klar machen sollte welchen Aufwand und Motivation es bedeutet für andere in anderen Sprachen aktiv zu sein. Englisch ist nicht meine Muttersprache und erfordert daher auch etwas mehr Aufwand den ich bisher gerne aufgenommen hatte.
Ich hoffe Du hattest einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Antworten die Dir fehlen habe oder hatte ich in einigen Antworten hier schon gegeben. Sicher ist das die vorherigen Grants 6500.- Dollar im letzten Jahr für die Gemeinschaft für mehrerer Personen beantragt wurden. Diese zum Zeitpunkt der Auszahlung aufgrund des Tokenpreis leider auch nicht der Summe entsprachen. Es wurde ein permanenten Zuschuss in der DAO eingetragen der aber nicht wiederkehrend ist.Somit habe ich den Weg gewählt nachzufragen und durch Hinweis neu zu beantragen. Die Summe die dadurch im Raum stehet sind diese 4000 Dollar inclusive der Software Kosten.
Da Du neu in der DAO dazu gestossen bist kann ich Deine Sichtweise der Dinge über die Gemeinschaftssteigerung nachvollziehen. In Bezug auf KI ist dies eine Idee Texte und Informationen in allen Sprachen aufzuzeichnen. Ich gebe recht das es mit preiswerter Software in einer Variante möglich erscheinen mag. Ich gehe aber nicht davon aus das ich mit meiner Sprache alle Texte aufnehmen kann noch möchte da der Zeitaufwand größer sein wird ( Schneiden usw. ) andere Teilnehmer Advocaten bitten die Texte in Ihren Sprachen zu besprechen funktioniert vielleicht, dauert aber länger. Ich sehe dies ja bereits bei meiner Arbeit bei den Graphtronauts.
Hier sind wir bzw. ich bereits mit der Übersetzung fertig der Texte.
Andere Länder haben noch nicht begonnen.
Ich finde in meiner Recherche viele Informationen und tolle Beiträge die ich gerne Teile oder teilen möchte mit allen. Nicht nur mit der deutschen Community. Hier kann die KI eine Ünterstützung sein Information zeitnah zu teilen. Auch gibt es viele Sprachen unter anderen deutschsprachige die nicht englisch sprechen oder verstehen. Dies sollte uns alle anspornen. Ich finde in der spanischen und auch oder gerade in der arabischen wichtige Informationen. Die hier aufgegriffen werden und verarbeitet.Ich lese alle Sprachen um an Informationen, Beiträge zu erhalten.Und mit meinen Mitgliedern zu teilen. Dies ist ein Zeitaufwand ohne KI und kann hilfreich sein.
Gleichzeitig kann ich dies ja als Hobby betrachten. Aber ehrlich gesagt schaffe ich Delegatoren und dies mitlerweile in einer mehrfachen MILLIONEN TOKEN Anzahl die allein aus der deutschen Community an die Indexer der The Graph Foundation fließen, Ob Data Nexus , Graphtronauts Indexer Dapplooker usw…
Hier sehe ich meine Arbeit mein bestreben das Netzwerk weiter mit Mitgliedern zu stützen.
Ich komme aus dem Vertrieb und wenn ich eine Provision von 1 % erhalten würde überträfe es die Summen die bereits geflossen oder gefordert für die Arbeit.
Dies sollte auch einmal im Gedanken verankert werden welche Arbeit geleistet wird, oder welche Unterstützung wir alle für das Projekt The Graph leisten.

Congratulations! The majority decision of the Grant Committee has concluded to recommend this proposal to the DAO.
In order to receive official approval from the DAO, a corresponding on-chain vote needs to be conducted on DAOHaus that will determine the DAO decision. Scope:
The grant is aimed at fostering and nurturing the German-speaking Graph community through enriched interactions, expanded advocacy, and increased visibility of The Graph’s activities and initiatives.
Deliverables:
Successfully inspire a minimum of three individuals from the German-speaking Graph community to apply and pass the application process, including advocate interviews, to become advocates.
Allocate at least 1 hour each working day or 5 hours each week for community care, with primary emphasis on the German-speaking community.
Exhibit a sustained level of quality and frequency of interactions and discussions within the community platforms.
Identify and list at least three German-speaking events beneficial for Graph Advocate attendance. Represent The Graph by attending at least one of the identified events in person and sharing insights and learnings with the community.
Compile and submit detailed monthly reports, documenting activities and interactions in the communities, including providing links to those communities. Include detailed sections on identified events, plans for attendance, and any other relevant insights or updates.
Present an in-depth update, in English, on the German community’s progress and developments during a Graph Community Talk in either November or December 2023.
