In the framework of Ethereum Argentina, Chainlink Labs and The Graph join forces to organize a series of face-to-face workshops in Mendoza City.

We have experience in organize this type of event. We have already organized many events with The Graph and Chainlink since 2022.

What’s new about what you’re making? What substitutes do people resort to because it doesn’t exist yet (or they don’t know about it)?:
We will organize the workshop and presentations and we will provide a deeply information about the updates of The Graph.

What’s your vision for how your project will impact The Graph and/or web3?:
This kind of event is very important to be in contact with developers and try to onboard more people to web3.

How will you measure success?:
We expect at 40 people between devs and community.

For The Graph’s birthday party in Buenos Aires, the amount spent was less than the amount requested, so we have enough funds to hold this workshop without additional money.

Can you please clarify if the cost will be shared with ChainLink as well as the past event you organized with them?

1.- There are 2 costs: 633.01 shared with Chainlink, and 364.00 only for The Graph. The total for The Graph is USD 680.51

2.- We organized with Chainlink:

  • Side event Ethereum Argentina 2022
  • Side event Ethereum Argentina 2023 (With Chainlink and Arbitrum).
  • Side event Ethereum México 2023 (With Chainlink and Arbitrum)
  • Workshop with Chainlink and Ethereum Uruguay 2023.

I understand that the agreement will only be executed upon the successful completion of a corresponding on-chain vote by the Graph AdvocatesDAO. I also understand that the grant will be disbursed on Gnosis Chain and that the GRT (30-day average) rate will be considered when initiating the proposal, whether for the provision of initial funding or the culmination of the final payment. Additionally, I acknowledge that as a grantee, it’s required to provide receipts for any expenses incurred and that cash payments will not be accepted.

Note: The requested funding is lower than anticipated because we managed to keep our costs lower than expected in a previous grant disbursed by the DAO but not utilized

Report Side Event Ethereum Argentina

On February 29th The Graph Spanish, Chainlink Spanish and Arbitrum Foundation organized a side event with workshops and technical presentations with focus on Developers.
