  2. Ensure Continuous Engagement: Through bi-weekly recommendations of pinned posts across all groups, we endeavor to maintain continuous visibility and engagement among interested members, maximizing the impact of each company’s message.

  3. Optimize Marketing Strategies: Leveraging reliable insights directly from LinkedIn, including data on Active Members, New Members, Posts, and Post Views, we intend to optimize marketing strategies, ensuring targeted and effective outreach efforts.

  4. Foster Community Collaboration: By including Blockchain Industry Group (BIG) blog support and featuring each company’s logo on the image of each group’s posting, we aim to foster collaboration and strengthen community ties within the blockchain ecosystem.

  5. Drive Growth and Innovation: Drawing from our experience partnering with major blockchain ecosystem entities such as the Solana Foundation, Aleo (ZPrize), and R3/Corda, we aspire to drive growth and innovation within the industry, positioning blockchain companies for success in the competitive market landscape.

Overall, our goal is to empower blockchain companies with the tools, visibility, and resources they need to thrive, grow their presence, and make a lasting impact within the blockchain community and beyond.

This grant proposal from the Blockchain Industry Group (BIG) is for a marketing and community outreach grant. As such, there is no equivalent roadmap as would be applicable for typical development grant proposals.

Why did you pick this idea to work on? Do you have domain expertise in this area? How do you know people need what you’re making?:
Our project domain is marketing and community outreach. Since 2009 when we formed our LinkedIn groups we’ve been involved with community development, outreach and management. In addition, since that time we’ve utilized our LinkedIn groups for marketing and promotional projects.

We have blockchain specific domain expertise from our creation and management of the Blockchain Industry Group (BIG) since 2018, having partnered or worked with organizations such as the Solana Foundation, Aleo (ZPrize) and R3/Corda.

What’s new about what you’re making? What substitutes do people resort to because it doesn’t exist yet (or they don’t know about it)?:
Our uniqueness stems from our unparalleled network of 47 LinkedIn Groups, coupled with direct association with the Blockchain Industry Group (BIG). With a combined group size exceeding 7.4 million members and engagement levels that set industry benchmarks, we offer a marketing capability unmatched by any other company or agency.

What truly sets us apart is the absence of direct competitors due to the sheer scale and aggregation of our groups. No other entity can boast a network of our size and reach, providing blockchain companies with an extraordinary opportunity to gain prominence and visibility within the industry.
