How far along are you?:
we’ve been building crypto-education to what it is today during the past 2 years, eagerly trying to provide as much value as possible each and every day.

Why did you pick this idea to work on? Do you have domain expertise in this area? How do you know people need what you’re making?:
We chose this project because of our expertise in blockchain technology and our understanding of its potential impact. Our experience in this domain revealed a significant need for accessible, high-quality educational content, especially in non-English languages like German. We recognized that many individuals are interested in blockchain but lack the resources to learn about it effectively. Our interactions with the community, coupled with market research, confirmed the demand for a German-language platform dedicated to blockchain education.

What’s new about what you’re making? What substitutes do people resort to because it doesn’t exist yet (or they don’t know about it)?:
What’s new about our project is its focus on providing blockchain education specifically in the German language, incorporating interactive and engaging learning methods. Currently, German speakers often have to rely on English-language resources or basic translations that lack depth and interactivity. This limits their understanding and engagement with the material. Our platform will fill this gap, offering a more tailored and effective learning experience for this audience.

What’s your vision for how your project will impact The Graph and/or web3?:
Our vision for the project’s impact on The Graph and the wider web3 ecosystem is to significantly enhance understanding and adoption of these technologies. By providing comprehensive, interactive, and accessible education in German, we aim to empower a broader audience to engage with and contribute to web3 projects. This increased knowledge and engagement could lead to more innovative uses of The Graph, fostering a stronger, more diverse community around web3 technologies. Ultimately, our project seeks to bridge the knowledge gap, facilitating wider participation in and contribution to the evolving web3 landscape.

How will you measure success?:
The success of our project can be measured through various metrics:

  1. User Engagement Metrics: Tracking the number of active users, course enrollments, and completion rates to assess the platform’s popularity and effectiveness.
  2. Community Growth: Monitoring the growth of our community forum, including the number of active participants, discussions, and peer-to-peer interactions.
  3. Feedback and Satisfaction Surveys: Conducting regular surveys to gather user feedback on the quality and impact of the educational content and the overall learning experience.
  4. Quiz and Assessment Performance: Analyzing the results of quizzes and assessments to measure the increase in knowledge and understanding among our users.
  5. Website Analytics: Evaluating website traffic, session duration, and other relevant analytics to understand user behavior and preferences.
  6. Social Media and Marketing Impact: Assessing the reach and engagement of our marketing campaigns and social media presence.

What milestones will you achieve in the coming weeks/months, with or without the grant?:

  1. Initial Research and Planning: Completing market research and finalizing the project blueprint.
  2. Website Framework Development: Starting the development of the core website infrastructure.
  3. Content Strategy Formation: Outlining the educational content structure and beginning content creation.
  4. Beta Testing Preparation: Setting up for initial testing phases with a select user group.

Can you share any information about current/past web3 experience?:
We’ve been in this space for a long time (6+ years) and have been advising and managing several projects (especially NFT projects) and also provided tokenomics to NFT projects aswell as DeFi protocols and managed to gather an immense amount of knowledge about all things in crypto and blockchain. therefore we are extremely well fit to provide education to our members

Why are you interested in contributing to The Graph and/or web3?:
Our interest in contributing to The Graph and web3 is driven by a commitment to facilitating mass adoption and providing valuable education to those entering the space. By demystifying these technologies and making them accessible to a wider audience, especially in the German-speaking community, we aim to foster a more informed and diverse ecosystem. This aligns with our vision of breaking down barriers to entry and empowering individuals with the knowledge needed to actively participate in and contribute to the evolving web3 landscape.

This seems to be an interesting project and I’m curious what is different or custom-made for the German-speaking part of our community. Maybe you can share a little more detail about the project’s German-tailored features?
