Collab Universe is an entertainment and tech company managing content, digital contracts and payments across the film, music, art and literary divisions (creators, companies and industry professionals). We are presently expanding into other sectors to capture more of the global payments & contract management market.

Why did you pick this idea to work on? Do you have domain expertise in this area? How do you know people need what you’re making?:
Due to domain expertise in the entertainment industry (music, film, literary) and SME in the area of full-stack web development. There are marked delays & inefficiencies due to cheques and wire transfers dominating global and international media markets.
What’s new about what you’re making? What substitutes do people resort to because it doesn’t exist yet (or they don’t know about it)?:
All-in-one payment & contracts solution revitalises the intersection of tech, media & finance, makes people more productive and more profitable.
What’s your vision for how your project will impact The Graph and/or web3?:
Transform The Graph into a platform that also regulates contract protocol for the entertainment industry & indexes our contracts on its Blockchain.
How will you measure success?:
We will measure success in terms of daily transaction volume increases after our Collab features are implemented
What milestones will you achieve in the coming weeks/months, with or without the grant?:
Scale to our first 10,000 users, increase revenue on in-app transactions.

Interested in indexing data, using The Graph to index contract & blockchain data. We can also use The Graph to index payment information for users in our application.
